- New clients can fill out the client forms ahead of time.

Cancellation policy
Unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all clients, these policies are honored:
- 24 hours’ advance notice is required to cancel, so someone else can book that time.
- Without 24 hours’ notice you will be charged the full amount of the appointment, payable before your next visit.
- Last-minute changes are forgiven once. After that, a missed appointment is a no-show and the $50 prepayment is kept.
